Booking A Holiday Home
All properties listed among our portfolio have seasonal rates, as well as sometimes special rates for public Holidays in Thailand. Our website shows always the lowest rate of each property. In each property listing details you will find next to this rate a Link for "more plans", which will show you the rates for the different seasons by date.
Please contact us (AEA) by simply clicking on the contact tab on the property page. A window will open where we have entered the property name and Ref. no. already. Just complete with your comments and send us your message. We will be in touch with you as soon as possible and assist you with any further details which you may require.
Once the availability of the property has been confirmed, you will receive our reply in which we kindly ask for the deposit payment to secure your booking. We shall place the property on hold with the property owner for your desired vacation dates for 3 days. After receipt of the deposit the property will finally be reserved on your name.
The deposit payment can be made either to our company or directly to the property owner's account. You may choose to make your deposit payment by either bank transfer or by using a credit card through PayPal. Once the deposit payment has been received, we shall immediately send you confirmation of your booking as proof of payment and all further information concerning airport transfer and meeting you at the property.

Most property owners accept payment of the remaining balance, together with the refundable security deposit in any major currency at arrival here in Phuket, in order to save you further costly bank transfer fees. Although some property owner may ask for the remaining balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival of your stay.
We shall of course inform guests of all details at booking stage. The normal check-in time for listed properties is at 14.00 pm and check-out by 12.00 am. It is also important that guests follow the owners property rules when staying in a property.
We try to avoid any stress or pressure guests may feel for booking their holiday property. Therefore most of our properties have been carefully selected and personally inspected before uploading them into our portfolio. Guests should indeed feel secure that the properties they are booking are of a certain standard.
