A Luxury Self-Catering Private Pool Villa with Sea View.

Villa KB06 is located on the southern headland of Kata Beach with fantastic views of the Andaman Sea and its lovely sunsets. This privately owned, four bedroom, Thai-style villa is ideally suited for a group of 8, with separate sleeping quarters. The pool has a stunning infinity effect, facing directly west. The villa is cool in the mornings and perfectly positioned to enjoy the spectacular sunsets, especially from the Sala.

There are four bedrooms in the property, 1 large master suites and 3 smaller rooms. All rooms feature many decorative items and hardwood floors. The ceiling reach up in line with the roofs giving a lovely spacious feeling. All rooms are of course fully air-conditioned and furnished with top-quality linens and mattresses.

The Master Bedroom with its large balcony overlooks the pool and out to the sea. The Main Guest Bedroom is located in its own building, so perfect for a couple (or for parents wanting a little distance from their children just opposite!). This room also features en-suite bath and shower. Bedroom Two, Three and Four are located separately as well and feature each its own bathroom. All rooms have flat screen TV which will accept computer inputs (HDMI).

Dining and relaxing
The building offers a huge living room (with TV, DVD and VCR) and dining area, with a modern western kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave and a huge fridge. Through sliding doors you move out onto the pool terrace, the perfect location for a quiet breakfast or candlelit dinner. The Sala, which comfortably seats 8 for cocktails, faces due west for an unforgettable view of the spectacular sunsets.

All the construction was with double thickness wall with internal insulation, and vented roofs, ensure that the rooms stay cool with just the fans working and we do get cooling breezes during the night. None of our guests so far, have used the AC units, which are regularly been serviced. There is a safe for valuables in the utility room.

Kata beach is one of the finest of Phuket's beaches. The gently sloping shoreline and pristine sands make this the ideal swimming beach in the dry season and the best surfing beach in the low season. The area around Kata is home to some of the top Thai and Western restaurants on Phuket.
