The residences are poised on a peaceful hillside
commanding spectacular views of the Karon beach and headland
and enjoy magnificent sunsets views over the bay.
Restaurants and shops are only a few minutes walk away while
the fabulous Karon Beach is a quick 3 mins drive or 15 mins
walk. The residences are open plan with floor-to-ceiling
opening doors making the whole house an open air terrace.
The villas are luxuriously furnished throughout with plasma
cable TV, hifi, internet and have fully equipped kitchens.
Residence 1 has 3 bedrooms, all en suite, 2 with king size
beds and 1 with two singles. Residence 2 has 5 bedrooms, 3
en suite and 2 sharing a bathroom, 3 with king size beds, 1
with twin beds and 1 with a queen sized sofabed. The rooftop
infinity pools have Jacuzzi jets at one end and an infinity
edge looking over Karon and the Andaman Sea. Covered deck
areas allow for shaded poolside sojourns while sun
worshippers are also accommodated in open areas.

Enter the property
on the main floor with the hall, separate wc and
pantry off, there is a spacious open plan living
area with fantastic sea and forest views, kitchen
and dining areas and an entertainment area with a
42" plasma TV, satellite channels, IPOD connection,
DVD and CD player plus sound system with surround
sound. Internet is also provided. The dining area
has a large teak dining table for 8 while the fully
equipped kitchen has dishwasher, oven/hob, American
sized fridge/freezer, microwave.
Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom
with Balinese open plan shower and double bath has a
king size bedroom suite overlooking the bay and
forest through floor to ceiling opening doors. The
2nd (king) bedroom has similar views and is ensuite.
The 3rd (twin) bedroom is ensuite and has jungle
views. The roof area has a pool with Jacuzzi jets at
one end and deck and sun chairs. Included in the
price is daily maid service plus towels and linen
for 6 people changed weekly. |

provided. The modern European kitchen has an oven,
4-ring stove, fridge, freezer, wine fridge,
dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee
maker, breakfast bar.
Downstairs: Master bedroom with king size bed, en
suite bathroom with large 2 person bath, shower
area, wc and jungle views. Double bedroom with king
size bed and en suite. Third bedroom with twin beds
and en suite.
Ground floor: There is a separate entertainment area
on the ground floor with outdoor deck and a koi
pond. There are also 2 more bedrooms - 1 with a king
size bed and 1 with a pull out queen size sofabed.
Shared wc with outdoor spa bath area on ground floor
for 4th and 5th bedrooms.
The rooftop terrace is fully decked and has an
infinity edge pool with Jacuzzi jets. |

Notes on accommodation
Welcome starter
package of basic food and drinks provided.
Families and children welcome! Cots and
highchairs can be provided upon request. Young
children will have to be supervised in the open
pool area. The villas are not recommended for
toddlers aged betw. 2-4 years. Residence 1 is
non smoking inside. Residence 2 is non smoking
in air conditioned areas. All bedrooms are air
conditioned and other living areas have fans.
The hilltop position provides pleasant breezes
especially for the rooftop pool areas. Evenings
on the rooftop are lovely with the spectacular
sunset and the lights of Karon. New Year's Eve
has spectacular fireworks displays.
