The houses are very quietly located and are ideally suitable for an unconstrained vacation for two families with children, or for vacation together with friends. They are fully furnished and offer generous living- and sleeping quarters. The houses offer a total of each 120 sqm living spaces and each house consist of 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet and divided shower. There is also a storage room available. The living area is also very generous with well equipped kitchen, bar and 2 ceiling ventilators. For your evening entertainment we have cable-TV (incl. "Deutsche Welle") installed. Both bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds (2mx2m) and feature air-conditioning. The bathrooms are accessible from the bedrooms and are equipped with hot water showers. Daily maintenance is provided !

Living in Thailand happens outside and therefore we provide a generous, roofed terrace, which is equipped with a ceiling ventilator. The cool freshwater pool (size approx. 10 x 5 ms), invites you for swimming and relaxation.

SHOPPING, LOCATION, ENTERTAINMENT, BEACHES

Not far away, at Rawai-Beach one can reach several off-shore Islands, either with Longtail- or speed boats and enjoy snorkeling, fishing or diving activities. Sit by the sea wall and admire the view around the beach - one of the first tourist attractions on Phuket - it remains a local Thai favorite - and one of the least commercialized. The distance to one of the most beautiful beaches Phuket's, "Naiharn-Beach" is just about  3 km. In close vicinity lies the well known "Cape Promthep", with its steep coast and its unique sunsets. In near surrounding of our vacation homes there are many shopping opportunities (supermarkets, bakery, pharmacies). Restaurants, bars, Internet-cafes and the famous "rolling" Thai-kitchens are also close by.

The rental fee includes water- and electricity consumption and final clean-up. A minimum stay of two weeks is required. Shorter stays are however negotiable. A maximal occupancy of 4 persons is planned per house.
