Villa R.F01 has all the convenience of being 3-10 minutes to the beaches, shopping, dining and nightlife this area has to offer, but enjoys peace and quiet with absolute privacy and security. The Villa comprises of 2 master bedrooms an 4 separate guest rooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom and its own safe.

This villa is beautifully finished and furnished, complete with rich wooden flooring throughout. Rental of this superb vacation villa includes complimentary soft drinks and bottled water as well as some complimentary beers on arrival. Your resident service staff will take care of all your daily needs and your private Villa manager will make sure your stay exceeds your expectations. And of course, we will be at the airport to greet you.
Maid service:
Maid cleaning is provided 3 times per week; Bed linen and towels are changed weekly; Swimming pool maintenance 3 times per week and gardening services 2 times per week. Personal in-house laundry service can be arranged on request. The villa features an extra service and maintenance section.
Security:
On front and on both sides the villa is securely
walled and the entrance is sealed with a heavy
metal port. The garage (a private parking area
for 2 cars on the driveway from the entrance
road) is secured by remote controlled gate and
the backside of the villa is secured by a steel
gutter, which allows the view towards a lagoon.
No way for anyone to enter from there !
Additionally there are video Surveillance CRT
monitors all over the property.
