Villa R.S01 is a two-storey, self-catering Beachfront Villa, located in direct beach vicinity to Rawai Beach, where peace and quiet maintain its island charm and still retains a local Thai flavor.  The villa is reached through a paved dead-end lane, where no traffic at all disturbs this unique seclusion. The property has been built on a plot of land facing the sea in just only 20 meters distance, with direct access to a small and private beach. Pure living space amounts to 160 sqm plus the roofed areas and the covered outside Sala.

Sit by the private pool and admire the view around Rawai Beach - one of the first tourist attractions on Phuket - it remains a local Thai favorite - and one of the least commercialized.

Villa R.S01 comprises a main living area at ground floor level with  fully equipped kitchen, dining area and the actual living area. For optimal air-circulation and cooling, 4 Air-cons, 2 ceiling fans, large sliding doors and a covered terrace is available.

At a service charge of 10% a service maid is available to clean, make beds and arrange laundry. Garden- and common water consumption as well as telephone and electricity will be charged separately. Int. TV which offers a wide range of int. TV programs is available.

Sheltered from the westerly monsoon winds, it never gets really rough on this side of the island. The tide ebbs and flows accompanied by subtle changes in light tones from season to season. On the water's edge traditional "longtail" fishing boats still bob up and down with the tide, bringing in the day's catch, as well as a few tourists out on day tours or fishing trips to the offshore islands. Despite the appearance of a few speedboats alongside, the flavor is still definitely low key. Rawai Beach is the  famous place for island tour activities and seafood restaurants. Driving only 10minutes from Rawai Beach, the Promthep Cape offers the stunning sunset and panoramic view. It's here where you'll find Phuket's famous National Park and  one of the most beautiful and unspoiled beaches at Naiharn beach.
