This amazing three storey villa set in private grounds is located in the attractive Southern area of the Island Phuket - conveniently close to Rawai Beach, the famous place for island tour activities and seafood restaurants and just a few minutes from the beautiful sandy Nai Harn Beach on the Andaman Sea.

With great local amenities and restaurants the villa is only 15 minutes from the lively nightlife of Kata and Karon Beach with Patong an easy 25 minutes away. There are also a number of beautiful and secluded beaches in the close vicinity.

	Relax by the pool or sunbathe in the garden and unwind in complete privacy.
The open plan living/dining area has a kitchen fitted to high European standards and the villa is luxuriously furnished throughout.
	Take breakfast on the large balconies, enjoy evening meals on the roof garden taking in the breathtaking 360 degree sunset, sea and mountain views or dine in the outdoor Balinese sala.

There are three bedrooms, two en-suite, the master occupies the whole top floor and has its own private balcony overlooking the pool. There is a balcony on the first floor which the other two bedrooms share.
 

Excellent night life is not far with Kata, Karon and Patong 15 - 30 minutes away. There are also numerous small bars in the immediate area and two night clubs open 'til 6 am. Within the local area there is a wide range of dining places offering both traditional Thai and International food; many opportunities for boat and sea fishing trips, golf, snorkeling, diving and elephant rides; several banks and ATMs; and shops and markets both traditional and modern.

Villa Operations     Staff * Owner Representative Richard originally from England is on call at most times of the day or night to assist any guests with general assistance or advise either with the villa or their holiday in general.

* Meet & Greet and transportation
Guests will be met at the airport by Nong or one of her drivers. Once at the villa, Nong will open the villa up and show you around, ensuring you are settled in. Nong can also supply guests with hire car or scooters for their stay or be able to arrange taxis or chauffer services.

* Housekeeping staff
Noi will come to the villa daily during your stay, she will clean, make beds, tidy and do the washing up. This service is fully inclusive in the rental price; she is also happy to arrange additional services such as laundry and baby sitting for a small additional charge negotiated directly between her and the guests.
