The adjacent terrace with covered Sala and tropical garden accomplishes a perfectly maintained, luxurious standard.

A covered carport, a separate storage and maintenance room with washing machine etc. are the obvious supplements for an individual vacation. A full-time maid is available once a week, but at extra costs this service can be arranged more often. The office is equipped with int. telephone, a desktop computer with widescreen monitor, integrated LAN, webcam and free Internet High-speed access is installed. Network is unprotected and can be used by any guest. Satellite TV (UBC) is available and offers a wide range of interntl. TV programs. For evening entertainment there are in total 3 TV stations incl. DVD-Player and approx. 600 movies available.
