Villa Mathihar is located in the attractive Southern area of the Island Phuket. Altogether there are three bedrooms equipped with king-size beds, featuring their own bathrooms with shower and decorated with high-value marble- and granite interiors.  Both buildings are protected with alarm systems and are centered towards a generous pool with Jacuzzi. The adjacent terrace with covered Sala and tropical garden accomplishes a perfectly maintained, luxurious standard.

A covered carport, a separate storage and maintenance room with washing machine etc. are the obvious supplements for an individual vacation. Much attention is spent to details, which are decently illuminated at night. The main entrance as well as the pavilion is decorated with small fish ponds. A full-time maid is available once a week, but at extra costs this service can be arranged more often. The office is equipped with int. telephone, a desktop computer with widescreen monitor, integrated LAN, webcam and free Internet High-speed access is installed. Network is unprotected and can be used by any guest. Satellite TV (UBC) is available and offers a wide range of interntl. TV programs. For evening entertainment there are in total 3 TV stations incl. DVD-Player and approx. 600 movies available.
