Villa V.W01 is built in 2009 on a west-facing gentle slope, in a dead-end lane, some two miles inland from the beautiful, sandy Nai Harn Beach,  Phuket's most unspoiled beach and National Park. This allows for magnificent sunset views behind the mountains, through the tops of coconut trees from the terrace and pool.

Only the villa owners and their visitors use the private road and therefore no other traffic disturbs this unique seclusion. The property is secured by 2 remote controlled gates and one separate entrance.

There is also plenty of shade in which to relax out of the sun under the outdoor verandah, a 9 sqm. parasol and overhanging eaves of the roof along the rear terrace.

The private free-form pool is 1.4 mtr. deep at the shallow end 1.9 mtr. at the deep end, providing a clean, fresh and relaxing swimming, bathing at all times. Some 300 sqm. of tropical garden with many palm trees, shrubs and flowers surrounding the villa on all 4 sides.
There is a private, covered parking area for 2 cars on the driveway from the entrance road.

Maid cleaning is provided 2 times per week; bed linen and towels are changed weekly; swimming pool maintenance 2 times per week and gardening services will be done regularly, as needed.

Personal laundry service, car rental and/or airport transfers can be arranged on request. Information on local amenities, restaurants, bakeries, medical facilities, tours etc. is provided at the villa.

The property is located conveniently close to Rawai Beach,
the famous place for island tour activities and seafood restaurants.
